Spring was upon us and all hands were on deck at Camp Okanagan as we hustled and bustled to get the RV sites all groomed and the Cabins all tucked into the forest happy, happy for our first summer season open.

Somehow, somewhere they heard about us and within days WEST COAST ESCAPES TV pulled into Camp-O to see what we are all about.

Building, landscaping, grooming, planting, leveling, outfitting, painting, pounding nails, measuring, planning, planning, planning.......  It was May and Camp Okanagan was a hive of activity.  There weren't enough hours in the day. 

Then we got this auspicious email, from Adera Angelucci, Associate Producer at NewEdge Entertainment and CHEK TV's West Coast Escapes.  More emails and phone chats followed.  Before we knew it dates were set, camera crews readied and veteran TV personality and Senior Producer, John Lovelace and team were on their way for a film shoot at Camp Okanagan. Yup, Camp-O is gonna' be in pictures!

Excitement filled and air and us as we raced to get Camp-O looking fine for our TV debut. 

What fun we all had chatting up and working with the charming and professional team from West Coast Escapes.  They all made it so easy to wax poetic about Camp Okanagan. On top of that they loved getting the inside scoop and checking out the cabins, RV sites, camp itself and all our schemes and dreams for Camp-O.  I bet they'll be back!
